The latest device in Microsoft’s Surface range is a smartphone, not a laptop. It costs an eye-watering £1,350, but can only run Android apps, not Windows programs. However, it doesn’t look like a regular Android phone. Instead it’s made from two screens linked down their longest edge, which open like a book into a larger, tablet shape.
