Epoptes is an open source remote control/monitoring solution. Not only can it be used to monitor and/or take control of an end user’s Pi to provide assistance, it can also be used to broadcast your own screen to the user, execute commands remotely, send messages to the user, turn sound on/off and lock (or unlock) the screen if necessary. Epoptes can also be used to log a user out, restart or shut down the client Pi remotely. It’s a pretty handy tool for any sysadmin.
