To a blender or a food processor, add 1 avocado, diced; ½ cup coconut milk; 2 tablespoons fish sauce; 2 tablespoons lime juice; and 2 teaspoons sugar. Blend until smooth, then stir in 1½ tablespoons each chopped mint, chopped basil, chopped cilantro, and chopped jalape.o.

Za’atar-yogurt Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup yogurt , ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil , 1 tablespoon each za’atar and toasted sesame seeds , the zest of 1 lemon , 2 teaspoons each lemon juice and chopped parsley , ½ teaspoon each salt and grated garlic , and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
